Where	Second Fridays (map) Various locations. See listing Council Bluffs, IA, US Second Friday’s is held each second Friday of every month. Various artists and sponsors are filtered throughout the Bayliss Park and surrounding areas. The tour is designed to allow visitors to walk the renovated area and visit these various locations to taste regional wines and appreciate the display and conversations with local artists. Ollie the Trolley is also available providing a leisurely method of touring all the locations. Other Info	We would like to invite you to join us for the next "Second Fridays" gathering. This event takes place on the second Friday of every month in the beautiful downtown historic Council Bluffs, Iowa. Second Fridays starts 6:00 p.m. and runs through 9:00 p.m. "Second Fridays" is an event that takes place in different locations downtown. The Trolley leaves the corner of Pearl ST and Willow St. at 6:00. "Second Fridays" is a fun event of various participating artists, music, food and wine tasting. Artists work in partnership with sponsor businesses downtown. Our business sponsors have been generous in opening their door one evening a month to let artists show and sell their work.
