04/14/10 – The O’Keefe Elevator Gallery – NICF show

During the month of April the Nebraska Independent College Foundation (NICF) will be hosting and displaying an art exhibit at The O’Keefe Elevator Gallery in downtown Omaha. Art students attending NICF’s ten member colleges and universities have created the art exhibits. Several of the pieces are for sale, with 25% of the proceeds funding a scholarship program for NICF art students. Please feel free to stop by The O’Keefe Elevator Gallery at 1402 Jones Street and view the exhibits any weekday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Exhibits include paintings, drawings, sculptures and ceramics.

In addition, you are cordially invited and encouraged to attend a wine and cheese reception for the art show on Thursday, April 8. The art students and their families will be in attendance at this event, and I hope your schedule will allow you to join us and meet these outstanding young people. Please feel free to bring guests.
