| Other Info | Dine Out For the Arts TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 23rd Dine Out for the Arts is a program where participating restaurants donate a portion of their sales to BAC for the Arts Education programming. Patrons have no other obligation than to simply, well, Dine Out! Please plan to have a meal at one of the restaurants listed below. Your patronage helps a great deal in supporting arts programming in the Council Bluffs - Omaha area. We provide a continental breakfast and personal care items, clothing, hand warmers, and other essential needs to the homeless and near homeless to those who gather at the corner of 14th and Farnam, every Sunday between 12pm and 1pm.
